No refund policy

Subscriptions

Weekly, monthly and yearly plans are non-refundable. Once a billing period starts, the charge for that period is final. You can cancel at any time from the dashboard, and the cancellation stops future renewals — you keep access until the end of the current period.

Switching between plans is prorated: unused time on your previous plan is credited toward the new plan and the difference is billed right away. Prorated credits are not paid out as refunds.

Lifetime purchases

Lifetime purchases are also non-refundable. Because the product is delivered immediately and access is bound to your account and machine, we cannot reverse a lifetime purchase once payment has settled.

Payment disputes

Please contact support before opening a bank or card dispute. Chargebacks initiated without contacting us first will result in the account being suspended.

By purchasing a subscription or lifetime license you confirm that you have read and agree to this no-refund policy. This is confirmed by ticking the agreement checkbox at checkout.
