Terms of service

The service

Mystcore is a client for private, anarchy and competitive Minecraft servers that runs from memory and is delivered through our loader. Access requires an active plan. We update the software continuously to keep it working and undetected, and updates are delivered automatically.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum digital-consent age in your country, if higher) and able to form a binding contract. Purchases by minors require the consent of a parent or guardian.

Licence

Subject to these terms and to payment, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to install and run Mystcore for your own, private, non-commercial use. You do not own the software, and all rights in it remain with Mystcore. Reselling, sharing, sub-licensing or commercial use of your access is prohibited.

Account and machine rules

Your licence is bound to one machine at a time via a hardware identifier recorded on first sign-in of the injector. You can move to a new machine by unbinding from the dashboard, subject to the published cooldown and monthly limits. Sharing account credentials, letting others use your licence, or running the client on multiple machines at once is not allowed and may lock your account.

Billing and payments

Weekly, monthly and yearly plans are recurring subscriptions billed through Stripe. They renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the dashboard; cancellation stops future renewals and you keep access until the end of the paid period. Switching plans is prorated as described on the pricing page.

Cryptocurrency payments activate automatically once the payment confirms. All sales are final, as set out in our refund policy. Opening a payment dispute without contacting us first may result in suspension of your account.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• resell, share, publish or redistribute access, builds or your credentials;
• reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the client's source;
• attack, overload or interfere with our infrastructure or authentication; or
• circumvent the machine binding or licence checks in any way.

Availability and risk

We aim for continuous availability, but Minecraft updates can temporarily break modules or the injection itself while we ship fixes. Use of third-party clients violates the rules of many servers and carries an inherent risk of server-side punishment, including bans. You use Mystcore entirely at your own risk, and any consequences on game servers or accounts are yours alone.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, initiate a bad faith payment dispute, or create risk for the service or its users. You may stop using the service and close your account at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including payment obligations and disclaimers) do so.

Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted operation or continued undetectability, except to the extent mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.

Changes to the service and these terms

The service evolves, and so may these terms. We will post material changes on this page; continued use after the revised terms take effect means you accept them. If a change is unacceptable to you, you may cancel as described above.
